Denim lined to create structure + 1997 Rugrats material for the outer layer.
This bucket hat is meant to have a slightly loose or more snug fit depending on your head size. 
It's comfortable and well structured and is reasonably considered a one-size fits all.
The brim can be rolled up (like Blossom!) or left down. 
 
Please note that these are made to order and pattern variations will occur. But, the general pattern will be maintained.
